Returns & Exchange Policy

 

All purchases made in-store at Chandan Fashion Toronto are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items bought directly from our boutique.

Returns and exchanges are available only for items purchased online. To qualify, products must have all original tags attached and must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Requests must be submitted within 30 days  of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges are additional and are borne by the customer.

  • We ship both within Canada and internationally.

  • For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Chandan Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and order type.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
